Refund policy

STANDARD RETURN/REFUND POLICY

We offer a 30 day window in which you may report product defects.  If for any reason you receive a damaged or defective unit, simply send us a picture of the damaged unit and we'll gladly make it right in the form of a replacement or a refund.

If you're not happy with the product and would like to return it, rather than do that, smash it with a hammer and send us a picture, including the smashed object as well as a note with your name, and we'll promptly refund you.  

SUBMARINE BATHROOM RETURN POLICY

In the event that you bought this product and your bathroom is equivalent size to a submarine bathroom, or is onboard a submarine, there will be no refunds offered because your bathroom was way too small for the product to ever be practical.  In most bathrooms it's great, but those with bathrooms measuring under 6 square feet should probably think twice about our amazing invention.  Maybe check out FINGER CONTROLL instead.
